Tabata with Bricks

  • 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest 8 times through.  Minute rest after each round
  • 1st round: Squat and Press and curl
  • 2nd round: Tricep Extentsions and Lunges
  • 3rd round: Plank Rows and Burpees
  • 4th round: Squat and Shoulder Presses
  • 5th round: In/out squats and Bent rows

6MOM done with the main group

Going forward if you are interested in this workout, I would suggest members grab 10 lbs dumbells and a 15 or 20 lbs kettlebell
