12 PAX (@dr-evil, @fffkay, @water-wings, @florida, @boones farm, @farside, @gilmore, @crawdaddy, @fortran, @fudd, @epstein and YHC Flounder) met in the warm humid gloom for a little fitness, fellowship, and faith at the Fourth of July Park.
After a flawless F3 purpose and disclaimer statement the PAX moseyed around the backside of the skate park to the basketball court for Warmaroma.

We then moseyed over to front yard by the dog park.
THANG 1 – 7’s Makhtar N Diayes & Prisoner Get-ups
We hen moseyed to the Cul-de-Sac
THANG 2 – Circle of Plank Merkin Wave
We then moseyed to behind school.
THANG 3 – PAX lined up along first line. Crab Cakes (IC) at every other line but increase count by (1) each time. Bear Craw between lines.
We then moseyed to the track where we partnered up.
THANG 4 – Mini Murph (Carolina Dry Docks, Merkins, Squats) Partners rotated doing each as the other ran a lap around track. Each PAX ran two laps.
We then moseyed back to behind school.
THANG 5 – 7’s – Copperhead Squats and WWI’s
We then moseyed back to Cul-de-sac for Mary.
