Field Traverse Race
Partnered up, this is where the choose wisely part came in. Starting at one end of field. Partner 1 ran out to first line and held plank while Partner 2 ran past to the next line and held plank. Partner 1 then got up and ran past Partner 2 to the next line and held plank. And so on… When the team reaches the other end of the field, both 1 and 2 do 20 Freddy Mercury’s IC and then transverse back to where they started using same method. Losing teams 5 burpees.
Round 2 – Squats instead of Plank, LBC instead of Freddy Mercury’s, Losers 5 Burpees
4 Corners Race
Starting a 1 corner, teams completed following exercises at each corner.
