Seven PAX converged for a three mile tour, that’s right, a three mile tour. Gilmore, Madoff, Shear Conn, Crawdaddy, Mulligan, Radar and YHC braved the sub 32 degree weather to run.

We were off from there – Mosey to Körner’s Folly, back to Giada’s, to the track, and where ever else to get three miles. One caveat provided – do 5 burpees and 10 Monkey Humpers IC whenever you come to a traffic signal. Fun was had by all! YHC would like to point out there were no bear crawls inserted.

An honor to lead and push myself through others leadership. Five years ago I would’ve called myself a liar if I said I was going to voluntarily lead other men on a three mile run and actually showed up to complete it. Thank you for making me a better person!
