10 loyal Pax ventured into the crisp gloom air for a Water Wings special. Pax included: Checkbook, Blue Hen, Kay, Monet, Whamo, Red Hot, Pacer, Crankbait, and Boones Farm.
QIC: Water Wings
We began with a short mosey towards W Mountain Street but cut it short to begin WOR which consisted of: Abe Vigodas, Seam Rippers, a few leg stretches, Side Straddle Hops and Hillbillies.
The Thang:
Mosey to back parking lot for a series of A.L.A.R.M. workouts. Between each exercise, had to run to other end of parking lot.
A.L.A.R.M. 1- Somehow Boones Farm appeared out of nowhere to join School Six. He said he saw the light and just couldn’t resist.

Another well received added bonus: 25 Irkins at the guardrail, 7 burpees on the fly
Rinse and repeat instead this time we ran to other end of parking lot and back then did exercise.
