After a prefect F3 mission statement and disclaimer, we moseyed through the park trails to the Cul-de-sac for Warmaroma.

We then moseyed to the back parking lot of the school for the Thang – Nolan Richardson 40 Minutes of Hell workout.
The Thang went like this: Partner Up – Goal is to complete the following Exercises as a team.
While Partner 1 is performing exercise, Partner 2 runs backward to marker and does Two (2) Bobby Hurley and run forward back to Partner 1. Change out and continue count.
- Burpees –100 (Modified from 150 )
- Squats – 300
- Big Boy Sit-Ups – 150
- Little Baby Arm Circles (Sun Gods)– 300
- Merkins – 150
- Imperial Walkers – 300
Reward for first team to finish above set was rewarded with finishing out the 50 burpees I cheated them out of. No sure we had any takers on this one.
Due to time, we circled up in the back parking lot for Mary.
