the thang: a slightly-less-than-a-mile loop was set up with 6 pain stations dispersed along the way. crunch frog, ranger merkins, CCDs, fredie murcurys, gorilla squats/humpers/whatever, and imperial walkers. broke up into three groups of roughly 5 pax. run the circuit performing the exercise at each pain station. if your group was witnessed (by a passing car, dog-walker, or any set of human eyes) performing your exercise, you were punished by having to perform an additional 30 monkey humpers (IC) before proceeding. some thought the punishment was excessive. others agreed. all complained. the Q felt he had met expectations.
