A crazy eight Pax gathered on a cool, but comfortable Saturday morning for some pain in the park insanity.The Q rarely makes an appearance in the big city of K-Vegas so it was critical to do his best to leave a lasting impression. Following an extra minute of waiting on any last stragglers, we took off on a nice easy mosey around the parking lot to get things initiated before settling at the kitty circle for some needed warm-up.

With the warm-up in the books, we were off on our way to commence the main event. A mosey led us to the track where we broke up into pairs.
1. Track & Field – 100 pull-ups and 200 Squatting Flamingos
Partner 1 runs a lap while Partner 2 completes exercises (can alternate); partners swap and continue until exercises complete; Hold plank for the six
A very slow mosey brought us to the hill for the next level of insanity.
2. Mountain Goat – 40 hills (down, up backwards) or 80 burpees
Partner 1 runs hills while partner 2 performs burpees; swapping as desired until one of the two exercises was completed; Hold plank for the six
Mosey back to the basketball court for the finale
3. Hop Scotch
1st round: Partner 1 frog jump to end of court and runs back (backwards) while P2 does monkey humpers; rinse & repeat 3X each
2nd round: Partner 1 lunge to end of court and butt kicks back while P2 does plank hops (IC); rinse & repeat 3X
3rd round: Partner 1 Frankenstein to end and run back while P2 does Peter Parker; rinse & repeat 3X
Move to center of court for Mary
