After a short welcome by YHC and mosey to the cul-de-sac, WOR consisted of SSH’s, Abe Vigodas, Seam Rippers, Sun Gods, Imperial Walkers, and Mountain Climbers.
Five strongmen (Flounder, Fortran, Fore, Epstein, and YHC (Deliverance)) headed to the bathroom side of the fenced in basketball court to participate in a Lava lamp session of Feats of Strength featuring 60’s rock.
The Thang: Tabata-style workout with 45 seconds of exercise and 15 seconds of rest. We did three sets of three different exercises.
Set 1: Man Makers, Windshield Wipers, Tricep Extensions.
Set 2: Lunge Punches, Plank with arm extension taps, Curls.
Set 3: Squat Presses, Bench press with a leg lift, Side arm raises.
We joined back up with the RW&B gang to enjoy Checkbook’s 6MOM.
