Fourteen PAX worked hard to get stronger on an unseasonably comfortable morning in the Gloom. Fudd, Sprinkler, Blue Hen, Mulligan, Doubtfire, Gilmore, Flounder, Fore, Handy, Special, Hook’Em, Dr. Evil, Boones Farm, and YHC were all in attendance and ready to dodge a very heavy traffic volume!

After a brief mention of our mission statement and disclaimer that YHC was anything but professional at this working out thing we warmed up at the park entrance

The Thang

Started with 10 burpees OYO then stations at the light poles. each station escalated by 10 reps.

Pole 1: 10 V-Ups

Pole 2: 20 merkins

Pole 3: 30 orangutan squats

Pole 4: 40 SSH

Pole 5: 50 plank jacks

Pole 6: 60 American hammers

we then moseyed back to the entrance to enjoy another 10 burpees before each round. most PAX finished four rounds before the street lights turned off in time for 6MOM

flutter kicks and box cutters maybe? before ending with 30 AHs IC

Sprinkler led us out with praises and prayers for unspoken requests.
