After a brief Warmarama of SSH, Chinooks, Sun Gods, Seam Rippers and Mountain Climbers, the sloths peeled away from the strongmen to hang out together in The Gloom.

Mosey behind the school for a Lunge Walk across the bus lot, stopping at each parking stripe for a single squat.

Continue mosey to the track, where the pax completed a series of ten static exercises. Hold each static position for 1 minute, and run 1 lap around the track after each 5 exercises.

  1. Dead Hang from Pullup bars. Shoulders fully unpacked.
  2. Plank
  3. V-Sit
  4. Al Gore
  5. Superman
  6. Hang from pullup bars with arms bent 90 degrees and knees tucked 90 degrees (crowd pleaser)
  7. Plank 6 inches
  8. Deep Squat
  9. Crab
  10. Leg lift 6 inches.

Run a lap after item 5 and item 10. Rinse and repeat.

Some minor confusion regarding the shotgun start, but the pax recovered with its usual mumblechatter to complete 18 one minute holds and three laps. T-claps to Doubtfire and Boone’s Farm for pushing the lap pace, and a nod to Dr. Evil for motionless, protractor-quality right angles on the 90 & 90 bar hang.
