14 PAX (@dr-evil, @deliverance, @kay, @water wings, @epstein, @sprinkler, @boones farm, @Sludge, @handy, @shear-conn, @crawdaddy, @Doubtfire, @fudd and YHC Flounder) met in the gloom for a little fitness, fellowship, and faith at the Fourth of July Park.

We then split into 4 groups.
THANG 1 – Using the 3 shelters and Cul-De-Sac to create 4 stations of Legs, Arms, Abs & Full Body. Each group started at a different station. Pax were to do first exercise on sheet and then continue to rotate clockwise until all 5 exercise on each was complete or as time was called.

Due to the poor planning of the Q we were only able to complete 3 rounds.
We then regathered at the Basketball court for Mary.
