From the start, I wanted to say thanks for this group guys! I appreciate you helping me out with the counting and keeping me straight. My breathing is pretty bad right now but it would be much worse if I wasn’t doing these workouts and exercising my lungs. So again thanks for motivating me to drag myself out of bed and staying as fit!
