Pax then split for Boot Camp led by Boones Farm or Feats of Strength led by Flounder
Feats of Strength workout went like this:
PAX performed a list of dual exercises where they did exercise #1 only once at each station while increasing exercise #2 by one rep at each station until reaching station 10. We used the picnic table has a ladder between each set of reps. by stepping up and over table as we work our way up to 10. Total of 10 & 55 reps.
