9 loyal PAX (@blue-hen, @Sac, @fortran, @Tone Deaf, @monet, @florida, @checkbook, @special and Flounder) gather at 5:25 for a highly anticipated beatdown to be led by @hand bells. Realizing the clock had struck 5:30 and no @hand bells in sights the PAX decided since they were already there they might as well proceed without our fartsacker.

As we moseyed to the front of the bank, I decided I might as well try my first Improv @ and hope for the best.

On way to MSUMC we stopped and did 10 (IC) Monkey Humpers.

Thang 2 – Front on old Chapel @ MSUMC (PAX Partnered up)

• Partner #1 (Makhtar N-Diayes) Partner #2 run to base of ramp & bear crawl up ramp & then does 1 Squat at each step coming down. Partners switch)
• Partner #1 (WWI) Partner #2 run to base of ramp & crawl bear up ramp & then does 1 Squat at each step coming down. Partners switch)

Thang 3 – MSUMC parking Lot

• 5 Station around parking lot. Count goes up at each station.  Carolina Dry Docks & Crab Cakes (5,10,15,20,25) Total 75 Reps

Thang 4 – Harman Lane (Partnered Up)

• Partner #1 (Hold Plank) Partner 2 runs to end of Harman Lane by Main Street, does 5 SSH and runs back. Partners Switch.
