Started with a lap around the Harmon Park bathrooms. Stopped by the octagon picnic shelter, where Pax were instructed to select a piece of paper with unique scripture printed on it. Read it and carry it with you for the rest of the workout. We would take occasional breaks to reflect on the scripture we had each selected
