7 Pax arrived this morning to the tunes of “Working on the Chain Gang”, followed by a loud clinking noise as the YHC dragged chains from the bed of the pickup at the far end of the lot.

Pax: Whamo, Mulligan, Hook’em, Wheezy, Gilmore, Crankbait & Shear Conn

The moment everyone was waiting for – The chain drag. Divided into two equal teams, (The Q counted as a half for each team) the team members took turns dragging the chain from a bear crawl position. Reach between legs, grab chain and pull forward, bear crawl, repeat. While one member dragged the chain, the others did 5 burpees & 5 WWIIs. Once done, they would move forward and one pax relieved the chain dragger. Repeat until each team reached the upper lot.

With chains slung back in the truck through the windshield, the pax moseyed to the upper lot for a good old fashioned round of suicides.

Slozy to the low shelter for 11s: Step-ups each leg / Curb bangers at the island.

Mozied back to the lower lot for Frogs, Tigers and Bears (Oh My): Bear Crawl with a Tiger Bend pushup at first line, (5) Crunchy Frogs at second line, repeat Tigers & Frogs to the light pole.
