21 eager Pax gathered this morning in the gloom for FOS and RW&B.

Pax: Hook’em, Duvet, Gilmore, Dr Evil, Mugsy, Water Wings, Tenderfoot, Tarde, Fudd, Sludge, Epstein, Bambi, Blue Hen, No Comprende, Deliverance, Checkbook, Flounder, Cooter, Slice n Dice, Handbells, Boone’s Farm, Shear Conn.

After an impeccable disclaimer & WOR led by Flounder, the RW&B crew headed to the bus lot.

The Thang: Complete circuits (Similar to 7s, 11s) with actual number of reps determined by the roll of the dice.

Round 1: Burpees & WWII sit-ups. Slice-N-Dice determined the count by rolling a 7.

Round 2: Pull-ups & Big Boy Sit-ups. Dr. Evil, for fear of retribution of rolling a high number, reluctantly accepted the dice.. Worst fears come true and he rolls an 11. (Boones Farm left early to flatten a tire on Evil’s car, but couldn’t get the cap off due to the lactic acid buildup in his index finger)

Round 3: Step-ups on the benches & Back rows on the rails. Since the first two rounds consumed a bulk of the time, Shear Conn rolled the imaginary dice which resulted in a 5. (Exactly what he planned. Imagine that.)

Finished up by running to Mountain Street & on to the bball court for Mary with the FOS group.
