2/1/2021 – Backblast – FEATS of STRENGTH

With 40 % chance of rain or snow and temp at 30 degrees the Q made the call the night before for the FOS PAX to gathered at Shelter #3 instead of the usual basketball court.  While we waited for all PAX to fine their way to the new location the one on time took a short mosey down to shelter #2 and back. Once all PAX (@dr-evil, @tarde, @bambi, @hook-em, @epstein, @no comprende, @fudd and YHC Flounder were present we went right in to Warmaroma.

With the Q having a hard time choosing which workout to do, he presented our newbie to FOS @No Comprende 4 workout options. With the pressure building he finally selected stack #3.

Feats of Strength workout went like this: 7 rounds of the following exercises. Each round had 30 seconds of exercise with the rest time being reduced by 5 seconds each round. Started at 30 seconds of rest on round 1 and we reach the 7th round with no rest.
