Three PAX (Dr. Evil, Tardy, Deliverance) posted for a mosey-limited Tabata-style workout to the sounds of the greatest rock hits from the 70’s.
We started with a short mosey around the bank to get the blood flowing.
Warmarama consisted of SSH’s, Abe Vigodas, Seam Rippers, Imperial Squat Walkers, and Sun Gods.
A short mosey to the picnic shelter to begin The Thang, a Tabata-style workout: 45 seconds of exercise with 15 seconds of rest. Three sets of three exercises repeated three times with a short mosey in between sets.
Set 1: Carolina Dry Docks, WWI’s, Step Ups (repeat 3 times). Short mosey.
Set 2: Dips, Dying Cockroaches, Monkey Humpers (repeat 3 times). Short mosey.
Set 3: Irkins, Crunchy Frogs, Copperhead Squats (repeat 3 times).
Mary consisted of LBC’s, Freddie Mercury’s, Pretzel Crunches,, American Hammers.
Blue Hen showed up looking for free coffee (and fellowship). We had to send him away with an empty mug. Tardy said maybe Friday or Saturday for coffeeteria.
Prayers for No Comprende’s daughter, Spicoli, Cousin Eddie.
