The plan was a standard Checkbook 30 for 30 workout, but under the conditions, we nixed the “mosey betweens” and just went back to back to back with sets of 90.  At the end, all were in agreement – bad idea.

…and with 15 minutes left we repeated some of the favorites…

Without the short mosey in between sets…harder than it looked on paper.
