Nine of the ten pax who signed up gathered in the gloom to see what the morning would bring. The foggy, wet field, provided an excellent low impact surface for the morning’s work.

Mosey to Harmon Avenue with exercise sheets in hand.
After some mild comments on the number 40 being a bit large for this group last week, we introduced a bit of K&W experience where the pax could choose the number of exercises that they wanted to complete. Call it modification at its finest.
There were 7 sections to the sheet:
Each group of three contained 2 exercises and 1 form of travel. The Pax was instructed to complete 100 total reps of the exercises, deciding how they wanted to split the count. 50/50, 40/60, or any other combination. The only caveat was that at least 20 of an exercise needed to be completed.
There was some initial confusion, primarily because of the Q’s explanation, but the pax quickly learned the structure….and modified as they saw fit.
Well done by everyone–good form, and good decisions.

- Fortran led us out.
Always an honor, really hope that you got enough. Thank you for letting me lead.
