Keeping it simple today with very little running with 2 rounds of 11’s.
- Round 1 – Mosey to the the famed Boones Farm Circle of Pain. Everyone chose their own sidewalk to complete the round of exercises. Carolina Dry Docks in the circle and Peter Parkers (IC) at the end of the sidewalk. Finish with Burpee’s before continuing on.
- Round 2 – Mosey to the Farmers Market. Diamond Merkins and LBC’s (IC). The catch on this 11’s included a bear crawl from the Diamond Merkins to the LBC’s and Lunges on the way back. Finish with 5 Burpee’s.
Mosey back to the Circle of Pain for 15 Parker Peter’s. Mosey back to the front of the bank to finish with 5 more burpee’s.
