The Thang: Partnered up. Partner 1 travels to the top end of the parking lot and completes 15 reps of the first exercise on the list and returns to relieve Partner 2 who is knocking out large numbers of reps at the bottom of the parking lot.
Top of the parking lot. 15 reps of WWIs, WWIIs, Pretzel Crunches, LBCs, Dying Cockroaches, Cindy Crawfords, Rinse and Repeat.
Bottom of the parking lot – completed as a team: 200 Gorilla Squats, 200 Merkins, 300 Thigh Masters, 200 Carolina Dry Docks, 150 Lunges, 200 Monkey Humpers, 200 Shoulder Taps. No group finished but a couple made it to the shoulder taps. OMAHA!
6MOM: 20 count Ab Roll, AHs since we hadn’t done any ab work.
