Our Workouts:
* Are free of charge
* Are open to all men
* Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
* Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
* End with a Circle of Trust

Fellowship

A group of people you will be excited to get up at 5AM for. You will meet a dedicated group of men and forge bonds of friendship through workouts, social invites and our large group events that bring together the entire Kernersville and surrounding area

Faith

F3 is not a religious organization or affiliated with a particular group or sect. We do believe in something bigger than ourselves though and encourage our brothers to participate in building a better community through devotion and service.
