After each round you had to run down School Street on to Nelson and back up through the parking lot where there were six cinder blocks. They were set up in pairs 12′ apart from each other and the pairs were 50′ apart. The 1st set you had to perform 5 Blockees the 2nd set were 10 curls and the 3rd set were 15 military presses. Then back to the benches to start the next set.

Shout out to Gilmore for crushing it this morning he set a pace that the Pax could not maintain. The Pax did a fantastic job and finished strong. Quote of the morning by Epstein ” I wish I was working out in the air conditioning.”
