What started with 11 PAX joining together in the gloom for a nice hilly workout quickly dropped to 10 after Kay dropped us for the NE (traitor). PAX – Special Ed, Mulligan, Change Order, Blue Hen, Pacer, Fortran, Tardy, Sludge and a FNG.

Warmarama started with a small mosey to the Parking Lot across from Fidelity Bank on Harmon Lane.

Once thoroughly warmed up, we headed to the top of the Harmon Lane hill for 10, 20, 30’s at the top and bottom.
Top – Burpees, Squats, and LBC’s (IC)
Bottom – Merkins, Lunges (10 per leg), and Crab Cakes. The first two rounds of Crab Cakes were in cadence but feeling a mutiny coming on, switched to Single Count.
As many rounds as you could get in the time alloted.

- Tardy son was in a car accident and is scheduled to go to the doctor today to make sure everything is ok. Praying for a time span with no accidents as many family members have been in one in the last two years.
