We had 11 (CrankBait, Slice n Dice, Dr. Evil, Elaine, Lovie, Blue Hen, Grease Monkey, Backside, Water Wings, Fortran and Sprinkler) faithful PAX brave the humidity this morning for the School Six Workout. We started off with a short mosey to begin Warm-O-Rama where we did 25 side straddle hops, sun gods stretching style and seam rippers. The Thing – We split into two groups. Group 1 ran to the yellow lines near the gate on the backside of KES and did lunges to the gate while Group 2 started at the amphitheater with 20 dips, 20 backwards merkins and 20 step ups (10 each leg). The groups switched and rinsed and repeat for the remainder of the workout.

He struggling with the loss of his wife and he does not have a relationship with God. Continue to pray for quick recovery and no infections for Slice n Dice’s M.
