8 PAX (@Hook em’, @Broadside, @Checkbook, @Deliverance, @Epstein, @Fudd, @Wheezy and YHC Flounder gathered to start the week off right. After delivering a perfect F3 mission statement and disclaimer the PAX took a short mosey through the park before starting Warmaroma.
WOR – Side Straddle Hops, Abe Vigoda’s, Seam Rippers and Hillbillies.
Feats of Strength went like this. Seven rounds of (6) exercises where we did 30 seconds of high intense work of each exercise. Round 1 started with 30 seconds of rest after each exercise. Rest period was reduced by 5 second each round until the 7th round were there was zero rest between exercise.

Mary – Can’t remember if we did it or not. I must have been still catching my breath from 3 minutes of continues exercise from the 7th round above. Someone can correct me if you remember if we did Mary. Sorry if I cheated you this morning.
Prayer Concerns: Keep retired police officer Scott’s family in your prayer. Scott committed suicide yesterday after suffering from PTSD. Scott had retired 5 or 6 years ago after 30 years of service and was a friend of Hook em’s.
