Seven loyal pax appeared between 5:23 and 5:30am to celebrate the morning with a fun workout. After a short disclaimer, the workout went like this:
Pax: Boone’s Farm, Gilmore, Water Wings, Sprinkler, Mall Cop, Tardy and Dr. Evil (YHC)
- SSH’s, 20 IC
- Sungods, SS, 20 IC, Reverso
- Dean Vigodas, 10 IC
- Seam Rippers, 10 IC
Mosey to the Benches for the Thang:
Easy to understand, which is what is needed in the COVID environment. Each pax would do a total of 55 of each exercise and then run to the fence and back. If, for some reason, the pax had to pause during the 55 reps, the pax would run to the fence and return to continue the reps of the exercise. Every Pax completed 55 of each, and there was always a run to the fence and back between exercises. Some of the exercises were challenging to complete all 55 in one go….

Everyone did a great job with this–the two closest to me really inspired, so, “thanks”, Gilmore and Boone’s Farm. Solid perfomances by Sprinkler, Tardy and Water Wings…with Mall Cop way out in front.
