- Super slow vigodas x4IC
- Approx 3 mile run route, to 4th of July Park, Kerners Folly, and Giada’s
- 2 burpees at each of stop sign or stoplight (approx 32 total)
- Keep social distance
- Don’t get run over
- Return to start by 6:07
- Side plank push ups x15IC each side (led by Epstein – thanks!)
- AH x20IC
- Kay, Epstein, Backside, Grease monkey, Slice and Dice, Tardy (Q)
- Prayers for Grease Monkey’s mother and father, under lockdown in South Africa, farther caring for mother with Alzheimer’s
- Prayers for all unemployed, furloughed, and underemployed
