Segment 1 – (3 Rounds)
3 minutes straight doing 12 Dumbbell Deadlifts & 8 Merkin’s + Renegade Rows. Doing as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes. 1-minte of rest
Segment 2 – (3 Rounds)
Each exercise was :45 seconds of exercise w/ :15 seconds of rest extra :20 seconds of rest between sets.
