With a pretty rough disclaimer, YHC quickly called it quits and looked to his assistant @sludge to give him the lines. We moseyed away from the auditorium to the back of the school for Warm-a-rama which consisted of:

So thats what we did with some twist. Pax members were broken up to aid in the social distancing. One member would carry a lighter, prettier and smoother version of the shoulder beam that Jesus carried to the place of the skulls( Golgatha). Pax member carrying the cross would lunge to a middle point where the remaining group would be in the waiting cone. Cross would be switched and then the group would follow lunging to other point. Totally clear, or so I thought. YHC quickly realized that @duvet and @sludge completely knew what was in my head and dumbed it down for the rest of group. “One carries a cross, remaining pax would lunge out from the middle and run each time to the inside.”
Waiting area consisted of planking, Reverse planking with a coupon, merkins, Hand release Merkins, I think someone threw in some burpees some where.
