Backblast – FEATS of STRENGTH – 2/10/2020 –

After delivering a perfect F3 mission statement and exercise disclaimer we headed to the Cul-de-sac for Warmaroma.

The Pax then Split for either Feats of Strength lead by @Flounder or a Boot Camp Style Workout lead by @Bambi.

Feats of Strength workout went like this: 7 rounds of the following exercises. Each round had 30 seconds of each exercise with the rest time being reduced by 5 seconds each round. Started at 30 seconds of rest on round 1.

  • Dumbbell Swing
  • Blastoff Merkins
  • Goblet Squats
  • Dumbbell Alternating Punches
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Hollow Body Hold

Bambi’s group almost timed it perfectly by arriving back at the basketball court in the middle of our last round where we had no rest between exercises.
