23 Men braved the unseasonably warm December morning to celebrate the annual 12 Days of F3 Christmas. It went something like this:

After Flounder’s F.O.S. squad left for the “rectangle of weights”, the rest of us moseyed to the Dr. Evil convalescent center for the annual running of the
12 Days of F3 Christmas:
- Jog up to the circle and back
- Lt. Dans
- Step/Jump up on picnic table
- Inverted Pull Ups
- Christmas Burpees
- Mak-Tar Djai
- Walking Lunges IC
- Mountain Climbers IC
- Side Straddle Hops
- Merkins
- Freddy Mercury’s IC
- Monkey Humpers
Just like the song, you do the 1, then 2 & 1, then 3 & 2 & 1, etc. Apparently my statement that nobody finished last year was akin to throwing down the gauntlet, as a handful of PAX skipped part of Mary just to finish this. Special mention goes to Dr. Evil that not only stopped to move his car, but also set up a Christmas playlist after we began … and still finished. Also great showing for FNG Testimony (Miracle) (I just realized that we could have gone with Miracle Whip or Hellmann’s, oh well)
