THE THANG – Mosey to back parking lot and partner up. Partner one sprints the distance and then “Turkey Trots” back. Partner two does (100) of each: Merkins, Squats, WWI’s, and then hold plank (while partner runs).
Mosey to benches for step ups and while partner runs and does (10) railing pull ups. R X R. Mosey to entrance for street Monkey Humpers. Mosey to school cover area for (15) Curb Feelers followed by (15) Rocky Balboas. Mosey to lower lot for more Monkey Humpers. Mosey to Far Side Memorial Tennis Courts, pair up for Wall Sits and Gut Sprints X 2.
Fear of Roxanne’s return was eliminated when Q announced that the (3) Year tradition would end after a recent shoulder rehab. A modified Roxanne followed with no “Sting” -plank and down merkins on the Q’s call. Q’s workout partner (nice job Dean) was quick to say that he smelled something fishy and that this might be followed by a “Full Roxanne”.
