Backblast – Feats of Strength

After the ever so eloquent disclaimer and equally professional Warm-O-Rama by Fudd, 7 men split off to the basketball court to find the table had been set for the FEATS OF STRENGTH. A Tabata style workout went through the following stations:

  • DIPS
  • Halo w/milk jug
  • Curls w/cinder block
  • Tricep Dips w/milk jug
  • Plank
  • Punching w/pavers
  • Squats w/cinder block
  • Ax chop w/large paver
  • plank row w/pavers
  • step ups

4 full rotations were realized by all accompanied by rock hits of the late 70’s and early 80’s

Fudd and his band of brothers arrived fresh from their beatdown just in time for 7 MINUTES OF MARY

(This was something I brought back from the F3 Knoxville folks last week.)

Simply begin of 1 of each, which resembles the fish that Epstein pulled out of Badin Lake last year. When finished do 2 of each, then 3, then 4, then 5, etc. until “OMAHA” was called:

  • Merkin
  • WWII Sit up
  • Shoulder Tap
  • Crunchy Frog
  • Plank Jack
  • Reverse Crunch
