Amid a devastating polar vortex, the likes of which hasn’t been seen in decades, 10 indomitable PAX banded together for a Wednesday morning geometry and music inspired beatdown (Duvet, Crankbait, Tarde, Tater Hole, Dean, Serta, Crawdaddy, Gilmore, Shear Conn and QIC Bambi). PAX moseyed to upper parking lot for WOR.

WOR: Goofballs, Sun Gods, Chinooks, Dippin Dots

Throwing PAX a curve ball with Dippin Dots stirred up some mumblechatter and the discombobulated group moseyed to parking lot near the soccer field building for the Thang:

Thang: 10 stations in a circle: Mountain Climbers, Lt. Dan, Werkins, Jumping Lunges, Burpees, Lateral Squat Jumps, WWI, Gorilla Squats, LBC, Merkins with a rest station in the middle: Plank. Each station consisted of a 1 minute beatdown followed by a 30 second plank in the middle – station, travel to middle station for rest, travel to next station, repeat

QIC solicited song requests in Preblast. PAX started more discombobulated then when finishing WOR when Shear Conn’s music request was first up on shuffle, Frozen…
