4 loyal pax who were not afraid of melting, and were up with nothing better to do, braved the pouring rain to embrace mild chatter and mild cardio. What was a notion of simply doing 10 reps of various exercises would quickly go off the rails. Morning was made better by Dr. Evil working the Dj booth and spinning a fantastic 80’s throwback, Yes’ masterpiece 90125 in it’s entirety with no commercial breaks.
10 X Side straddle hops, Abe’s (which turns out were Don Quixotes) Cotton Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Chinooks, Frankensteins, Goofballs, Mt. Climbers, Nancy Kerrigans, 10 count Hurdler stretch.
Thang: 10 reps of an exercise – 10 seconds rest. Then add an exercise to the order. After each add, back to beginning and do all prior exercises (10 reps of each).
Exercises in order of the chain:
Merkins, Split Jacks, Burpees, Squats, Imperial Walkers, LBC’s, Mt. Climbers, Derkins, Step Ups (10 each leg), Lt. Dan’s.
Per Pax we need to strive to hit our 100 Burpee goal of the morning. so QIC was more than happy to accommodate.
10 of each – Burpees, Dying Cochroaches, X/O’s, Cindy Crawfords, Marge and Homer, Low slow flutters, Burpees (brought us to 100), Pretzel crunches, American hammers.
Finish of Mary brought morning to total of reps to 750 reps including 100 burpees and 100 merkins… Great job fellas.
