Moseyed up Mountain Street and stop by the sign out front of the school.  For monkey and gorilla humpers.  Moseyed to the car rider benches and circled up.

Mosey to the hand rail behind the school where we found a cooler full of water and a box of bananas.

 

The Thang

 

20 pull ups on the hand rail

20 merkins

20 orangutan squats

20 WWI

 

At the cooler filling station, you had to chug (or sip like it like it was high tea) a bottle of water and then run to the track and take a lap.

 

Rinse and Repeat the exercises

 

At the box of bananas, you had to eat a banana as fast as you can and then split to the track and take a lap.

 

Rinse and Repeat the exercises and filling stations until time was called.
