A small but inspired subset of The Pax arose undaunted by a bit of wind chill this morning.  Checkbook and Sludge posted early for extra credit, then joined Deliverance, Flounder and YHC for a slow and deep Sun Salutation ending in Low Lunges forward and reverse.  Then some Bridges and a little Pretzel work from the ground, before finishing with a Z-Sit.

A good time was had by all.

Some closing discussion about the need to take this inside or suspend operations for the winter.  “Always Outdoors” is fun even in the snow for Merkins and Burpees, but not so good for lying still on the ground.
