After Tarde’s(RW&B QIC) warming warm o rama, 6 brilliant PAX,  decided to join me(FoS QIC) for a little pyramid work.  With bricks (coupons), this is how it went.

6 – LBCs (IC)
7 – lunges with twist

I believe though, it was during the demonstration of walk outs that Special Ed asked if it was bad form to switch groups?  Gives a new meaning to the word modify.

During rinse and repeat, Tarde’s group showed up and omaha was called.

Sludge’s reminder about YHC’s fund raiser and half marathon benefitting St. Jude Hospital.

Crankbait asked that we start gathering cold weather clothes so that we may donate to those in need.  More information to come.

Gilmore thanked us for bike donations and Kay’s wrenching ability.  More to come on the delivery of bikes and helmets.  Rough total 14 bikes and 3 scooters.

Sludge led us out followed by 22 for the veterans.
