13 Pax members who were ready, willing, and somewhat able joined us at the bright fields of the Ivey Redmon Sports Complex.  I paid to have the lights on so I could read my winkie.

Crab crawl down the hill and bear crawl up.

1/2 way down the hill clockwise Merkins (3 in each position)

1/2 way up the hill clockwise Merkins (3 in each position)

At the top 20 Lt. Dan’s and at the bottom 20 Monkey Humpers

LOWER LOT. – partner up

(1) Baseline – Partner 1 – Merkins while you wait, Partner 2 – Run to end + 5 squats. SWITCH. 3 rounds

(2) Baseline- Partner 1 – Flutter kicks while you wait,Partner 2 – Run to end + 20 SSH. SWITCH. 3 rounds

(3) Baseline- Partner 1- 6″ plank while you wait, Partner 2 – Run to end + 10 dry docks. SWITCH. 3 rounds
