Twenty-two loyal Pax assembled in the gloom to see what “M” meant and to better themselves in a fun, all-you-want workout.  After a disclaimer regarding liability — and that it really wasn’t Friday even though Far Side posted–and  a mission statement, we were moseying with a chalk stick for everyone.

Some notes:  Good Iron Sharpens Iron from the Pax helping each other with good form.  New Pax like Bambi, Man Hands and Water Wings really put in great work side by side with their veteran brothers–well done.  It was great to have Wall E back from his training.

Great work by everyone, it’s always an honor.  I hope you got enough–it’s supposed to be hard.
