15 Loyal Pax including one FNG gathered under clearing skys for an hour of recovery (crying and panting).  Prior to kickoff QIC asked that we keep Dr. Evil and his brothers serving at Kyiros Prison in our thoughts. Light disclaimer and we were off.

Mosey to BB court for W-A-R

10(IC) Side Straddle Hops, 15(IC) Imperial Walkers, 20 Chinooks, 30 seconds per leg of hurdler stretch.

Mosey passed sign in front of KES, then turned right up hill to bus benches.  Pair up.  Each pair would complete total of reps at each station how ever they decided to split up the count.

Station 1 – Bus Benches

20 Step Ups (Each Leg), 20 Burpees

Mosey down the road past apartments, around the block and back passed benches to handicap ramp bar.

Station 2 – Bar

60 Big Boy Situps, 50 Erkins

Mosey to the track and Pax did one lap

Station 3 – Pull up bars

80 pull ups (pushed QIC up to the limit of Evil’s “don’t Q it if you can’t do it” rule.  Was lucky enough to have Mr. Charms to bail me out.) Partner did Prisoner get ups awaiting their turn.

Mosey around track additional lap then back to bus benches.

Station 4 – Bus Benches

100 Squats , 100 Merkins

Pax then paused and Lucky Charms led us at 7:01 am in The Lord’s Prayer in thought toward Dr. Evil and the Prison Ministry.

Mosey to the main road, back through bus entrance down to Port-a-coture lot

Station 5 – P-A-C lot

200 Split Jacks, 200 LBC’s

Mosey to BB court for Mary.
