QIC: Crawdaddy
21 legally competent-ish Pax gathered in the gloom to a spring chorus of frogs and FedEx planes. Fashion comments were posed as to how Checkbook ended up with Lucky Charms’ sleeves? We don’t want to know. After a partial and butchered disclaimer and seeing no FNG’s they mosey’d to the upper lot . Upon arrival they warmed up as follows: 15 SSH IC, 15 Imperial Walkers IC , A failed attempt at Batwings which immediately was met with throwing of proverbial rotten produce at QIC, things only worsened at the mere suggestion of Matt Biondi’s let alone the QIC actually do them.
Note Epstein in the front left..
Realizing that 2 of the 3 “F’s” had already left the event, and seeing no help from a security detail – the group was transitioned to the Thang.
The Thang:
Count off by 4’s – (as usual an immediate problem for Fortran – love you buddy). Then each group formed into an Indian Run line by their respective number.
Phase 1 – Each line complete an Indian Run out to Shields Rd, and upon the first Indian rotating back to the front of their line, the group should stop and perform 10 Monkey Humper’s IC. With the exception of heckling, wheezing and the usual Monkey humping jokes, it was flawless.
Upon reaching the road the pax repeated a return route subbing 10 Bobby Hurleys for the prior MH’s. A no fault mid air collision between Yo-Yo and Sprinkler ended in confusion but luckily no permanent damage.
Phase 2:
Staying in IR line groups folks were handed assignments for 4 corners. Each group was then to await further instructions beeeeefoorrrr… leave..ng??? nevermind.
Groups were told to complete their station then take an Indian Run lap as before with 2 Burpees done when #1 Indian again reached the front.
Stations were:
20 Split Jacks 5 Frankenstiens 20 Split Jacks
20 Thigh Masters 5 Frankenstiens 20 Thigh Masters
20 Step Ups 5 Frankenstiens 20 Step Ups
20 Copperhead Squats 5 Frankenstiens 20 Copperhead Squats
Omaha was called as each line came into their final stop and Pax took the downhill slide to Mary:
Mary:
Low Slow Flutter – 20 IC, Crunchy Bat-Wings – 15 IC, American Hammers 15.
Announcements: K has the Uganda shirt order – see him. The annual fee for the F3 website is due. Cost to Pax is $300 – since we all use it, it would be nice to see everyone contribute at least nominally at least to it’s cost. K was nice enough to set it up, but should not be burdened with financial cost (Crawdaddy’s opinion).
Sludge led us out.
Always a pleasure and tell your legs “your welcome”.. – Crawdaddy
