7 PAX braved the 65 degree morning with 96% humidity for a jaunt through Oak Ridge park and neighboring neighborhood.

We were fortunate enough to have an FNG join us. Welcome Pitino to the F3 nation! Thanks for making your first F3 at the real workouts for the week.
We were also graced with a couple new faces to the Thursday morning run through the park with Edgar and  Byrider joining us.
The remaining 4 PAX included Heisenberg, EPA, Fergie, and Gisele (Q).

Extra Credit:
Fergie and Q arrived early (Fergie may have spent the night at the park to arrive early – he was so excited to come to his second workout of the year) for some extra credit – about 1.5 miles.
EPA also arrived early for some independent jogging. Mileage unknown.

The Thang:
Mosey’d from the Oak Ridge Park(ing) lot to a nearby neighborhood. It was questioned along the way whether EPA committed acts of hazing by pushing FNGs into ditches on the way to the neighborhood. Disclaimer: No FNGs were injured on this run.

Announcements:
Looking for volunteers as tribute for the Get Outside Mountain Relay, “GOMR”, open for runners interested. Goal is to put together a 12 man team for 2 laps around Alleghany County totaling approximately 208 miles.
