Per the doctor’s orders, this workout will include no:
- running
- jumping
- merkins
- burpees
- derkins
- dips
It’s a perfect workout for an FNG or a current slacker.
Understanding the golden rule of “if you can’t do it, don’t Q it,” the Q with a bad paw and a bad wing cannot bring much, can he? It’s a perfect morning to do a little extra credit beforehand, and YHC will let the PAX arrange that among themselves. So why would YHC Q? The Q sheet was open.
We will start at 5:30 sharp at the Fourth of July Park. Gloves would be a good idea.
