PAX: Kay, Crankbait, Sprinkler, Blue Hen, Kaepernick, Dr. Evil, Fortran, Crawdaddy, Gilmore, Sludge, Epstein, Lucky Charm, Checkbook, FloRida, Doubtfire Kryptonite (Q)
15-and-a-half Pax gathered on a chilly but comfortable winter morning to experience a little Christmas with Kryptonite with the intent on providing a bit of pain in the park. Following a bit of verbal badgering, the Q led the PAX on a very short mosey to the basketball court to get things warmed up.
Warm-a-rama (IC)

While the Q ran off briefly to obtain the necessary props, the Pax remained on the court enjoying some merkins before initiating some pre-Christmas excitement.
The Thang:
1. 12 minutes of Christmas Insanity (12 exercises, 1 minute each, 5 seconds of rest)
- High Knees
- Groiners
- Gorilla Squats
- Monkey Humpers
- Squat Jacks
- Lunges
- Dying Cockroach
- Goofballs
- Merkin Jacks
- Mountain Climbers
- SSH
- Burpees
A mosey then ensued as we made our way to parking lot and hillside behind the school for the next round.
2. Kryptonite Christmas Travel (partners)
- Round 1: Bear Crawl/Hills (P1 bear crawl to far edge of parking lot and back while P2 ran the hill); 1X each then continue running hills until Pax complete
- Round 2: Duck Walk/Squats (same as previous except only travel to solid parking space line)
- Round 3: Sloth Walk/WW1
- Round 4: Frog Jump/Reverse Lunge
- Round 5: Groiner Lunge/Merkins
We then all made our way back to the basketball court. The Pax were elated to know that we still had one further event before Mary.
3. Balls to the Wall/Suicides: P1 held balls to the wall while P2 completed suicides (half, full, half); swap when complete; rinse/repeat 2 times each.
Following the fun, we circled up for Mary.
