Watch out for the Wall

Horrible start to the workout.  While setting up I managed to find the knee mangling half wall.  I don’t know how I made it through the Q.  I can barely walk now.

Dr. Evil called me out for failing to capture the mumblechatter last time.  And this time I will fail to capture it again because all I saw was lightning bolts ever step I took.


  • 20 x Side Straddle Hops
  • 20 x Monkey Humpers (why?)
  • 20 x High Knees (why?)
  • 15 x Sun Gods
  • 15 x Mountain Climber (why am I so stubborn I am the Q)

The Thang

3 stations with 4 exercises each.  The reps start at 5 and increase by 5 each round

Bottom of the Hill

  • Crab Cakes
  • Worst Big Boy Situps (way to many after 5 reps)
  • Box Cutters
  • Flutter Kicks (each Leg)

Playground (some creeping man was hanging around this area talking about lubrication)

  • Pull up
  • Step/Jump ups (why again?)
  • Squats (Felt old with my shallow squats)
  • Prisoner Getups (No!!!!!!!!!!!!)


  • Derkins
  • Worst Merkins Ever
  • Bodybuilders
  • Speed Skaters (each leg)

  • 20 x Cindy Crawfords
  • 20 x American Hammers
